BfA in Industrial Design (Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Boston, USA), Master of Fine Arts in Communication Design, Strategic Design / Brand Design (Mannheim University of Applied Sciences).
I support companies in introducing User Experience Design and Design Thinking as a strategy and in training employees to become Design Thinking Coaches. In doing so, I apply my experience as a product designer and concept developer to develop and facilitate innovation workshops using methods and mindset (design thinking) originating from industrial design. My focus is on creative methods, storytelling, visualization and co-creation to create better solutions for any (business) problem and to raise awareness for circular design.

Coming from core product design I have been working in the field of human machine interaction and User Experience for more than 25 years. As a true users’ advocate, I constantly seek to improve how people work with digital products and help corporations to become more
design- and social-centered.
In the last 10 years I embedded UX-Design and Design Thinking as a strategy into organizations. As member of the management team in a business app startup I defined the strategic role of design in the company and built up a design unit of 40+ people.

My passion and my core competence lay in accompanying organizations and teams in innovation and change processes. I have been working in the field of innovation management for more than 20 years, both in academia and business.
I combine UX and Human Centered Design methods with classical management expertise and evidence-based methods from business administration.

I belief that we need a radical, restorative, regenerative approach to business. That’s why we founded Attacoeurs: to help organizations create more creative, effective and regenerative solutions for the circular economy.
